Can I access my CS email account via the web?

CS email accounts are transitioning to email.arizona.edu. For most people (i.e., students), CS email is forwarded to their email.arizona.edu address. This email can be accessed via http://webmail.arizona.edu.

For faculty and staff (plus some students), mail saved in /home directories can be accessed via the CS webmail interface at http://webmail.cs.arizona.edu (using your CS account name and password).


Note that you should not use the webmail client and another POP or IMAP client at the same time -- just as you should not run two copies of Thunderbird, or run pine and Thunderbird, etc. at the same time. The reason is that the IMAP daemon tries to lock the spooled mail file, and the clients end up fighting over the lock. This can lead to unpredictable results.
