I am trying to login to my ELMS account, and I am being refused.  I clicked on the password reminder and I am receiving an error message that I may not qualify any longer for the account.

I've used ELMS in the past, so what's up?

1) ELMS accounts are only good for one semester at a time.  We wipe out all accounts at the end of each semester per Microsoft's rules.  So you must request an ELMS account each semester.

2) In order to qualify for an ELMS account for the current semester, you must be taking at least one CS class.
If the
  Request an MSDNAA ELMS account option
says you do not appear to be taking any CS classes this semester, then you should run
   UPDATE this semester's class registration information on my open CS account
Then try requesting an ELMS account again.
