LAMP in Lab?

I'm a student in the honors section of CSxxx and for our honors project, we need the LAMP development environment, which stands for Linux-Apache-MySQL-PHP.  Do we have something like that already set up that we can ssh to and use, and if not, can we work with you all to be able to set it up?

As a CS student, you can get a web page area.  Our web server runs on Apache.  You can get access to our cgi server and we have a MySQL server as well that you can have a DBMS set up on.  If you require special hardware to be set up, then we need such a request to come directly from your instructor.

2 follow up questions... PHP and MySQL
To quote the reply, "We have a MySQL server as well that you can have a DBMS set up on." My first question is in response is this: are there qualifications or requirements for who can set up a MySQL database and for what purpose? That is, the asker needed LAMP for a class. What if I'm a CS major and I would like to keep a personal blog using a package like WordPress (which uses MySQL)? Is personal use still a legitimate reason to have a MySQL database?

Second question: the above answer did not mention PHP, nor does the CGI help page (http://www.cs.arizona.edu/computing/web/cgi.html). Is PHP supported? (Again, lots blog software, e.g., WordPress, is written in PHP.)

Thanks!
