How do I use the projector and computer in GS-701, GS-906 & 930?

The projector and computer and a few other items in the front of 701 and 906 are what we call the media cart.

The two biggest mistakes seen in using this equipment is, 1) Not reading the above documentation, and 2) New users not testing the system prior to using it.

Room 930 is a computing lab, so the situation is slightly different as there is no media cart.  Two switches toward the front of the room operate the projector (on/off) and the screen (up/down).  The computer Harwood (east side of room nearest printer) is the system directly connected to the projector.  Turn on projector, let it warm up, get image on Harwood's screen and it should be projected.
