Will the department help me find a job?

What kind of assistance can the CS department provide in helping me find a job?

The CS department does not place students into jobs or internships.  However, we are occasionally contacted by employers who are looking to hire our students, and we post those positions to our department website at http://www.cs.arizona.edu/resources/JobsAnnouncements.html .

Your best source for assistance with job placement is UA Career Services.  This office helps students write resumes and develop interview skills, and also brings employers to campus to interview students for positions.  Career Services also hosts a database of jobs, including on-campus employment, internship, and full-time opportunitites.  Go to www.career.arizona.edu and click on "Wildcat JobLink."
