What minor should I have?

What minors do Computer Science students usually have?

A minor is not required for the Computer Science program.  However, many students do choose to complete a minor.

There is no right or wrong minor to choose.  Some students choose a minor that they feel will complement the CS curriculum, while others choose unrelated programs that just happen to be of personal interest.  Minors that are commonly chosen by CS students include Mathematics, General Business Administration, Linguistics, and language.

If you are interested in adding a minor, contact your advisor to see if it can be added to your record.  You can view the requirements for every UA minor in the Academic Catalog at http://catalog.arizona.edu/allcats.html .
