"Is it too early to schedule a request for a conference room for (fall)?"

No, it's not too early to schedule a CONFERENCE room for another semester. I have made the calendars for 919, 805, and 737 to be a full year.

Please indicate in your request how long you would like the reservation to be for- this semester, fall and spring, etc... If you don't don't say something, I will assume the reservation is only for ONE semester.

Informations required for reservations: Room your requesting, Dates, Time, Topic/Name of Group

Also remember that 919 is booked for the first week or so of each semester for Lab Card Sign-ups (spring, summer, fall, spring...). Reservations during that time will not be honored. You'll need to find an alternative location like 805 or 737.

Scheduling 906, 942 and 701 go through Lupe and are subject to separate rules.
