Password problems

I can't login to my lectura account. I've tried resetting it, but I still can't login.

--OR--

I'm able to login to lectura using my username, however I could not login to my  windows account. So I went to the apply/update page to reset my password, but I still can't login.

If the password has never been changed or has been reset, then the default password should be used. This is the first six characters of your Student ID (a 9 character string, either all digits or starting with a capital 'S').

How do I reset my password to the original?

Unix and/or Windows passwords can be reset by going to On-Line Services.
