Printing from eclipse

I am running eclipse on linux (FC3). I notice that when I select the File menu from the menu bar, the Print selection is grayed out and cannot be chosen. Do I need to do anything to set up printing in eclipse?

The following note on the IBM/Rational website indicates that printing under Linux in eclipse does not work.
It's a known bug.

"Support & downloads >
Printing of UML Diagrams on Linux does not work
Technote (FAQ)

Problem
Unable to print the diagrams in Rational Software Architect and
Rational Software Modeler on Red Hat Linux.

Cause
This is currently a defect in Eclipse.

Solution
The workaround is to export the diagram as an image file
(for example .SVG or .JPG) and use an image editor to print
the exported image/file. Alternative applications for printing
on Linux are The Gimp (The GNU Image Manipulation Program) and
the open source office suite from OpenOffice.org."
