CS department application page not working.

This link, http://cgi.cs.arizona.edu:6050/database/grad_appl.jsp, is not working. Please look into this.

The link, Computer Science Graduate Application, is not working in the page, http://www.cs.arizona.edu/graduate/admissions/gradapp.html. It has not worked for the past 1 week.

It is always helpful to include an error message with these type of requests, how you are connecting to our site (eg., through a proxy server , time and date of connection attempt), and if you've been successful in accessing this page before.

The above two problems were found to originate with the proxy server being used to connect to us. If your system is behind a proxy server, the proxy needs to pass traffic to port 6050 in order to use this cgi page.

I filled in the on-line Graduate Application Form, but keep getting "Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint ... Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'tbWebApplication'." error message. Would you kindly help me check if my application has been submitted successfully?

Your online departmental application was successful. The error you received indicates you tried to apply again and our system limits each applicant to only one online application to avoid duplicate information.

It is not possible to update or change your submitted original online application. If you need to submit additional information, please do so via email (advising@cs.arizona.edu) or send in the information with your official documentation package that you must send our department (transcripts, letters of recommendation, test score sheets, etc...).

Please note that when we process your application we verify all information submitted by the applicant, if any of your information was incorrectly submitted we will catch it at that time and correct it for you.
